From humble beginnings as a popular coffee truck launched in November 2020, Early Bird Coffee is now fully operational in our brick-and-mortar space within the Huebner Oaks shopping center. Our founders, set out to dominate the specialty coffee market in our corner of town, which had been largely taken over by coffee shop chains. Known to locals for our horchata latte and bespoke service, we've quickly become a staple in the community. After spending the summer of 2023 preparing for full-time, sit-in service, we officially opened our doors on August 25, bringing our beloved loyal customers from the trailer into our new home.
